Create an Amazon Publisher Services account πŸ”—

  1. Create an account with Amazon Publisher Services.
  2. Once your account is verified, log in to your Amazon Publisher Services Dashboard.

Add an app to your Amazon Publisher Services platform πŸ”—

  1. Navigate to Inventory > App Management.
  2. Click Add App.
  3. Complete the app creation process.
  4. You will need the App ID to connect Amazon Publisher Services with Chartboost Mediation.

Create Amazon Publisher Services app slots πŸ”—

  1. Navigate to Inventory > App & Slot Integration.
  2. Select the app.
  3. In step 2, click ADD A SLOT.
  4. Select OTHER for the monetization service and complete the slot configuration. For more information, refer to Amazon’s documentation.
  5. You will need the Size, UUID, and Price Points file to connect this slot with Chartboost Mediation.

Retrieve your Amazon Publisher Services credentials πŸ”—

There are 4 pieces of data from your Amazon Publisher Services account required to connect with Chartboost Mediation:

  • The App ID, Size, UUID, and Price Points file can be found in Inventory > App & Slot Integration. Select the app to see the credentials listed under sections 1 and 2.

Setup Amazon Publisher Services bidding network and placement with Chartboost Mediation πŸ”—

Connect Amazon Publisher Services bidding network to Chartboost Mediation πŸ”—

  1. Log in to your Chartboost platform.
  2. Navigate to Mediation > Networks.
  3. Under Bidding Networks section, select Amazon APS from the Select network drop down.
  4. Enter the Amazon App ID.
  5. Click the + button next to the Amazon APS button to complete.

Add the Amazon Publisher Services bidding placement to Chartboost Mediation πŸ”—

  1. Navigate to Mediation > Placements.
  2. Select the app from the top-right dropdown.
  3. Below your metrics graph, select the placement or click New Placement +.
  4. Under Bidding section, click Select network.
  5. Select Amazon APS as the Network.
  6. Enter the Amazon Publisher Services Ad Size and Ad Slot UUID, and upload the Price Points file.
  7. Click the + icon next to Amazon Publisher Services to complete.
